Shipping policy

Eric B. Gardner Jr., P.C. ships eligible physical products and merchandise to customers within the United States. Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
1. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
Customized, made-to-order, or specialty items may require additional processing time. Any applicable extended processing period will be communicated to the customer.
2. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be presented during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically purchased and identified at checkout.
3. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Eric B. Gardner Jr., P.C. is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
4. Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.
Customers should monitor the tracking information and contact the applicable carrier regarding delivery-specific issues.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
If tracking indicates that a package is delayed, customers should first contact the carrier using the tracking information provided.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier-related issues but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
6. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with:
- Order number
- Description of the damage
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the damaged item
Additional information may be requested to assist with a carrier claim.
7. Incorrect or Returned Addresses
Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require payment of additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
8. International Shipping
International shipping may be offered for selected products.
Customers are responsible for applicable customs requirements, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
9. Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable resources, online consultations, educational materials, and electronically delivered services do not require physical shipping.
After successful payment, digital products may be delivered electronically according to the product description.
10. Professional & Document Services
Purchases involving consultations, notary services, immigration-document assistance, financial consulting, identity-recovery support, financial-forensics services, or other professional services may not involve physical shipment.
If a physical document package or other physical material is included, applicable delivery terms will be disclosed before purchase.
